The phone rings in the middle of the night. Nikos learns that his brother Lefteris is in a coma in hospital after a fire broke out in his apartment, burning part of the apartment building. The police begin their investigation. Was it an accident or arson? Over the next nine days, flashbacks, fragments of conversations, tender but also traumatic memories unfold the family history, the difficult passages into adulthood, the romantic pursuits, but above all the primal and contradictory emotions that characterize sibling relationships: innocence and wonderful harmony on the one hand, rivalry, hatred, and guilt on the other, small or large betrayals.
