17-year-old Antonis Raptis carried out a school shooting: he entered the classroom with a stolen firearm, killed his teacher and nearly all of his friends and he then set himself on fire. This bloodshed has left the tiny village shaken, but police were quick to close the investigation file. What had happened was plain for everyone to see: Antonis was yet another disturbed brat who, triggered by the jealousy of unrequited love, turned into a killer.
Phillip Sextos, a collector of testimonies and storywriter, however, does not seem to be persuaded…
Guilt permeates the village. Antonis’s mother knows her son is not a killer, while the sole survivor of the assault is struggling to utter the truth.
Can a child still be considered a child after committing murder?
