Vassilis Danellis was born in Athens. He is a journalist living in Istanbul. He writes noir and is very interesting in social representation of actual issues. He is the younger of the authors mentioned in the work about Greek literature Critical Times, Critical Thoughts (Cambridge scholars publishing 2015) in the chapter about “contemporary Greek writers discuss facts and fiction”.
