Nikos Mantzios was born in central Greece and studied mathematics in Rome. He practiced for years as a tutor in Secondary Education. He has attended workshops in psychiatric counseling, Narrative Arts and Creative Writing. He has been involved in the translation of Italian and Spanish texts. He holds master’s degrees in Special Education and in Sports Recreation and Psychology. In recent years, he has been teaching mathematics in Special Education settings. At the same time, he organizes and coordinates Creative Writing workshops and has a radio show focused on books. His writings are included in the collection of literary texts provided by the Greek Institute of Educational Policy for teaching literature.
