Julia Ganasou was born in 1978, in Athens. She studied computer science in Athens and London and literature at Sorbonne University and in Edinburgh. She has participated in many collective editions and is the author of five short novels. Her novel Kneeling was awarded the “Mesogeios Prize” of the University of Exeter, in 2018 and the “Short Story Prize” offered by Public Bookstores the same year.
