Auguste Corteau

Petros Chatzopoulos (aka Auguste Corteau) was born in Salonica, Greece, in 1979. He has written and published multiple novels, short stories, poems, novellas, literary reviews and children’s books. As a translator, he has given a Greek voice to renowned authors like J.D. Salinger, John Updike, Sarah Waters, Cormac McCarthy, Anne Enright, Annie Proulx, and Sebastian Barry among others.
