Once upon a time, high up on a beautiful mountain, there was a small village, Papingo. It had only a few houses, a few people, and a few cars. It didn’t like that at all. It didn’t want to be small. It wanted to become a big city, with many houses, lots and lots of people, and lots and lots of cars. It wanted to become a big city like… New York.
