Thanassis Chimonas

Thanassis Chimonas was born in 1971 in Athens. He studied Philology and Film at the University of Strasbourg and Journalism in London. He made his literary debut with two short stories published in the newspaper Ta Nea, the first of which was included in the short-story collection Love in the First Person (Kedros, 1997). He has written the novels: Ramon (Kedros, 1998; Patakis Publishers, 2019), Broken Greek (Kedros, 2000), Untraceable Soul (Patakis Publishers, 2003), The Blue Hour (Patakis Publishers, 2005), Rapid Deterioration (Patakis Publishers, 2008), I Don’t Love Her Anymore (Patakis Publishers, 2010), We Are Living Our Last Days (Patakis Publishers, 2013), Friend Request (Patakis Publishers,2015), Madness (Patakis Publishers, 2017), Mr. Perfect (Patakis Publishers, 2021), and Trotzan (2023).
